Please read this policy closely as there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the policy.
The $35 registration fee and the $100 advance tuition payment for each week are NONREFUNDABLE.
With the above two exceptions, all tuition money paid is refundable if a request is received up to the date of APRIL 10. There will be no refunds, credits, or transfers allowed for any weeks of camp cancelled after APRIL 10.
* EXCEPTION – if a child is unable to attend camp due to an unforeseen medical condition arising, a credit for the equal number of weeks of missed camp will be issued for the following summer. The credit requires documentation of the medical condition from the licensed medical provider.
Regardless of when a week of camp is cancelled, all unused optional costs for that week (trips, store account, etc) are always refundable.
Once a camper begins a session, if the camper leaves camp earlier than the following Saturday, for any reason (illness, accident, homesickness, behavioral dismissal, etc), there will be no refunds issued for that session.
